Clarity

Westland is using Clarity to administer the flexible tuition application process for the 2025-2026 school year. The process on Clarity is simple and lends itself to an easy experience for applying families. To get started with your flexible tuition application, please go to the Clarity website and create an account. The application is mobile-friendly so you can complete it from any device. You are able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit.

 While Clarity will retrieve your 2023 personal tax return and W2s from the IRS, you will need to return to your Clarity dashboard after you submit your application to upload your final 2023 and 2024 paystubs and, if applicable, your 2023 business tax return (1120).

Timeline

TIMELINE: Flexible Tuition Application Process

 DUE January 10, 2025

 1.    Application on the Clarity website.

 2.    Once you submit your application, log in to Clarity and upload the following documents:

·         2023 Business tax return (1120)

·         Final 2023 and 2024 paystubs

·         2023 1099s

 DUE February 10, 2025

 3.    Log in to Clarity and upload the following documents:

·         2024 W2s

·         2024 1099s

The application itself is also fully translated into Spanish.
